New chalet bungalow approved
Kalotec have successfully secured planning for a 2 bedroom chalet bungalow at 1 Erica Close, Cowplain for Sovereign Land & Development Ltd. Kalotec were initially instructed to appraise the scheme in order to establish the optimum layout and provide assistance to secure the purchase of the site under an option agreement. Kalotec secured a further instruction to prepare and submit the planning application including co-ordination of the supporting documentation. Kalotec successfully negotiated the planning approval & Section 106 agreement with the Planners. Kalotec’s instruction includes:

- topographical survey
- landscape design
- construction management statement
- detailed foul & stormwater drainage design
