Kalotec have secured the contract for the design, commercial, technical and contract management works for the re-development of land at Grantley Close, Shalford, Surrey. The scheme is a self-build project for a private client and involves construction of a new 3 bedroom chalet house including associated infrastructure, car parking, and landscaping.
