Kalotec have secured the contract with Surrey Hill Homes for the design, technical and contract management works for the development of 3 Parkers Lane, Ashtead, Surrey. Planning approval for attached garage in South Downs National Park

Kalotec have successfully secured planning for an attached garage at Nyewood Oaks, Nyewood, the project involved the extension of an existing outbuilding to create a single garage. As part of the application an aboricultural report was required to address the close proximity of the existing mature tree to the proposal. Kalotec have secured a further instruction to discharge the planning conditions and provide detailed working drawings for building Regulation and construction. Kalotec’s instruction includes:
