Contract secured for appraisal work on £40m redevelopment site
Kalotec secures contract with Hampshire & Regional Property Group for the pre-purchase appraisal work on the £40m re-development of the Fruit & Veg Market, Southampton. The scheme involves the demolition and clearance of the existing buildings on site, construction of medium-rise apartments including construction of the basement and surface car parking, upgrading of the existing public highways, landscaping and all associated infrastructure.
