What type of appraisal would you like?

Residual Land Value Appraisal The residual land value appraisal is a method used for calculating the net value of a piece of land. The net value of the land (purchase/sale price) can be calculated from assessing the value of the completed scheme and deducting all the development costs including the developers profit. Development Profit & Loss Appraisal The development profit and loss appraisal is a method of calculating the potential profits from a development. The gross and net profit can be calculated from assessing the value of the completed scheme and deducting all of the development costs, the land value and associated acquisition fees. Build / Infrastructure Cost Appraisal The Build / Infrastructure Cost Appraisal provides details of the anticipated construction costs for the development including on and off-site infrastructure, abnormal costs, site preliminaries, professional fees, statutory fees and contingency.

The report is ideal for budgeting and cost control, the level of detail provides a platform for assessing the actual costs against the original allowances and highlighting any cost variances that may affect the predicted profit & loss. This type of report is ideal once the design & planning is fixed and normally produced prior to commencement of the build; the detailed breakdown provides a useful tool for monitoring the costs for labour, sub-contractors and contractors plus provides a useful comparison for the purchase of materials.
