Kalotec wins first contract within M25 – new build chalet bungalow
Kalotec have secured the contract with Surrey Hill Homes for the design, technical and contract management works for the development of 3 Parkers Lane, Ashtead, Surrey. The scheme involves the construction of a new 2 bedroom chalet bungalow including associated infrastructure, car parking and landscaping. Kalotec’s instruction includes:
