Kalotec working with Hillhead Properties on new bungalow.
Kalotec have secured the contract with Hillhead Properties for the design, technical support and contract management works for the re-development of 487 Wimborne Road East, Ferndown. The scheme involves the demolition of the existing bungalow and construction of a new 4 bedroom bungalow including associated infrastructure, car parking, and landscaping. Hillhead Properties won the contract for the design & construction of the project, Kalotec’s instruction includes:
- detailed cost estimate / tender submission
- value engineering
- contract negotiations
- planning condition discharge
- working drawings / construction specification
- building regulation submission
- specialist supplier co-ordination
